As a user I’d like to know if we’re supporting all of Play versions (from 1.0.x to 2.8.x) for now, if
all of them are in maintaining period? If not, could anyone share me a EOL plan, then we can maintain our applications accordingly.

I am pretty sure Play 1.x is not maintained by the project team, and Play 2.7 and 2.8 are currently maintained. There were announcements about which versions are still being actively maintained and will receive updates and bug fixes.
